I got a mat to help my husband's wheelchair move from the bottom of our door ramp over some rough, gravelly ground that tends to get pretty soggy, all the way to the van ramp. It works just great; the wheelchair holds onto the mat well (on the gravel, the wheels just spun out) and the mat appears to be of solid quality. Delivery was fast and without any fuss. I'd definitely recommend it.

I ordered three mats through their site. The mats arrived just as described. However, I ran into a snag with the payment process; the site crashed right when I was completing the transaction. I shot them an email about it, and they assured me they had gotten the payment and that my order would be shipped. Since the order didn’t go through correctly on the site, I didn’t get any automatic confirmation email. When I reached out via email, their replies were quick and very helpful. The mats were delivered, but they were left at the side of the house, so I didn’t realize they had come. Despite these hiccups, I’d definitely order from them again because the mats are really good quality.

I placed my order on April 14th through their sister site, express matting. The next day, I got an email confirming my order, and it turned out I had mistakenly ordered the rubber trim instead of the mats. I’m really glad they caught that! Fantastic service—two mats arrived the very next day, and they didn’t even charge me extra for the price difference between the trim and the mats. Kudos to them! We purchased a piece of high-quality Coir matting for our boot room entrance. The mat showed up quickly, but there was a minor flaw right in the middle, with a cut on one side and a tear on the other. We reached out to customer support, and they got back to us right away, offering either a discount to keep the mat or a replacement. We opted for the replacement, which was sent out and arrived without any further problems. When we inquired about returning the damaged mat, Slip-Not advised us to keep it as a complimentary gift. Truly top-notch customer support, and a big shoutout to ZEAB :)

I ran into a delivery issue because the manufacturers couldn't get the product ready for the company. When I asked for a refund, the company quickly returned my money and even offered to send me the product for free.

I received the wrong size flooring, but they promised me that the right one would arrive in two business days. They picked up the original floor the next day, but after waiting six days, I called and found out that the replacement hadn’t even been sent out yet. As a way to make up for it, they refunded my shipping costs, which was a nice touch, and I finally got the flooring.

This mat is of excellent quality. It withstands plenty of wear and tear from moving heavy workout equipment across it. I use it in my home gym on a sturdy floor. The material is quite robust, and there's no skimping on it. It's a solid heavy-duty mat for my gym, and it works perfectly under my free weights. Also, it's just right for my skipping sessions.

This artificial grass mat is really great and appears wonderful. Sure, there were a few hold-ups in delivery and the communication from the company wasn’t the best (I had to ask why my order hadn’t arrived when it was supposed to), but hey, these are tough times for all. I can’t complain about the product at all; just wish the supplier was a bit more on the ball with updates. I’ll surely return for more.

This business has a downright terrible approach to customer relations and utterly disgraceful satisfaction levels. I made a purchase on April 6th, and it’s still not here. When you reach out to them, all you receive are fibs and excuses, even though their site claims items are in stock and that they offer express delivery. In reality, it’s all a bunch of nonsense. Steer clear of this company at any cost.

Wow, these rubber mats and floor tiles are fantastic! They exceeded my expectations. They showed up right on schedule. Super durable, so they won’t be sliding around. I’ve used them for the decking and the gravel path in front of my house. I’m really happy with this rubber matting. They turned out to be larger than I anticipated, which was a nice surprise. I’d definitely suggest them to anyone. Totally worth the money. A+++

I got myself 2 Checker Rubber Gym mats for Deadlifting in my garage gym, aiming to protect the floor from any damage. I got an email saying the ones I picked were out of stock, but to my surprise, they offered a complimentary upgrade to a sturdier version. The delivery was a bit late compared to what was promised, but considering the current situation, it wasn't a big deal. Overall, I'm really pleased with my buy and the customer service was solid.
